First things, first: for best results, thaw your meal in the fridge for 24-48 hours before you plan to enjoy it!
Then pull off the top film and heat your meal according to the label on the container. In most cases, this is 2 minutes- 2:30 minutes in the microwave (microwave times may vary, and each meal has the best time to heat located on the top).
If you don't have time to thaw your meal, we get it! Take it out of the freezer, start with the required time, stir and add another 30 seconds. Repeat until heated all the way through. Again, microwave times may vary!
