How do I pause my subscription?

Wanting to take a break from your subscription?

If you are on a ProPlan subscription and you have fulfilled your 4 order commitment, we will be able to adjust anything in your subscription you see fit!

Be sure to let us know why you want to pause your subscription so we can ensure you are on the right program!  Give us a call at 816-888-FLEX, option 4 during our business hours 7-7CST M-F!

It's important that we stay on your schedule, so please know that if you do have an order that was processed prior to cancellation, that this order is due to you and will be delivered.
