When you opened your FlexPro Meals package, was the gel pack still cold and were the meals inside cool to the touch?
If so, the meals are great! They are packaged in our super insulated bags as if they will be in transit for 1-2 additional days. Very rarely, FedEx or UPS may have slight delays related to emergency conditions like weather and such. We will do our very best to communicate any mass issues!
